PRODUCT RETURN POLICY |
We believe that you will be pleased with your purchase. However, we realize that items may arrive defective, damaged, or not as you had anticipated. Please inspect all merchandise within 48 hours of delivery. MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER WILL BE REFUSED.
Damaged Merchandise
Inspect your merchandise immediately upon receipt. If the merchandise was damaged during shipping, please file a claim with the carrier immediately.
Defective Merchandise
Product technical issues, including fan motor problems, can be resolved quickly through the manufacturers technical support telephone number (enclosed with the product information within the box). If the manufacturer cannot solve the problem, we will replace the defective product. Contact CoolFannies.com through our Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to obtain an RMA number. After thirty (30) days of receipt of merchandise, replacement or repair of a defective product must be handled by the manufacturer under the guidelines of the product warranty.
General Returns
CoolFannies.com hopes that you will be satisfied with your order. In the event that you would like to return your merchandise, and it has NOT been installed, you may return it within thirty (30) days of receipt. To obtain an RMA number please contact CoolFannies.com through our Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form within thirty (30) days of receiving the merchandise.
Product returned must be accompanied with an RMA and will be accepted less a 20% restocking charge and shipping costs. The product must be returned in its original condition with all parts intact. A credit will not be issued if the merchandise is not the original product invoiced or in the original packaging.
Instructions for Returns:
1. Contact CoolFannies.com within 72 hours of delivery date for a RMA number through our Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
2. All goods must returned in original package within 30 days from delivery date.
3. Enclose the invoice with reason for return.
All returned merchandise will be inspected and may be subject to a restocking charge.
