How do I order a Cool Fannie?
Select all the options under the style fan you wish to buy on the Order Page, then click Buy.
You can view the blade designs and/or light kits from the Order Page by clicking the correct link button[s].
You will be taken to the Shopping Cart where you can make changes and choose your payment method.
Can I order different blade designs?
No, you can only order 1 blade design per fan (5 blades). However, blade sets are available for each catagory.
Can I order just fan blades?
Cool Fannie blades only fit Craftmade ceiling fans because of the hole pattern. Replacement blades are available. Contact us for more info.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Cool Fannies are made to order. Items shipped within 2 - 4 weeks depending upon quantity, availability and payment method..
How can I pay for a Cool Fannie?
This website uses 2CheckOut and PayPal for processing orders.
How do I return my order?
Please fill out and submit our RMA Request Form, and we will send you an RMA number and instructions on how to send the item(s) back. Please note, shipping charges are only refundable if your return is a result of an error made by Coolfannies.com.

Delivery Information (Important)
UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes. We will not be responsible for non-delivery and will not provide refunds for items shipped by UPS where a PO Box was given as the address for delivery of an item.
